Jennifer's practice focuses on representing clients in complex business litigation, securities litigation and arbitration, and in regulatory inquiries involving FINRA and the SEC. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer served as Senior Regional Counsel for FINRA's Department of Enforcement, and before her work at FINRA she was counsel with a large international law firm.
Jennifer's experience includes litigating matters before federal and state courts and in various arbitration forums, including JAMS and FINRA. These matters include issues arising under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, SRO rules, and state law. Jennifer also counsels clients on compliance and risk management concerns.
